Core product
Starter, Team, and Scale all include the product path a studio needs to run one client job from the first request to the final files.
Use a structured request on your current site, or enter a referral, repeat client, agency introduction, or phone call yourself. Your studio reviews every request before it becomes a job.
Build SKU-aware briefs, import shot lists, attach references, and preserve the product details the studio and client need to make decisions.
Invite the client with a secure project link. Keep proof versions, comments, requested changes, and approval together.
Deliver approved files with naming and delivery context, then keep the project record available for studio-initiated repeat work.
Create a project invoice and, after connecting your own Stripe account, let the client pay from the project page. Invoicing is optional.
Client access does not use a paid studio seat. The studio subscription covers the client-facing project experience.

Studio branding
Every paid plan can show your studio name and logo on the client request and project experience. Team and Scale add an accent color and let you remove the Powered by Lenso footer.
These controls do not include a custom domain or email sent from your studio's domain. Lenso hosts the request and client project pages.

If you move to a plan with fewer brand controls, Lenso keeps the saved settings but stops displaying the controls that are not included. They return if the workspace moves back to an eligible plan.
Optional payments
Create invoices in Lenso and, after connecting your own Stripe account, let clients pay from their project page. Lenso does not hold your funds or take a percentage of the invoice. Stripe processing fees may apply.
You can keep using your current accounting system. Stripe is not required for briefs, review, approval, or final-file delivery.
Before you subscribe
Eligible new studio workspaces can use the selected plan for 14 days without adding a card.
Previous trial use or paid-subscription history can affect eligibility. Lenso checks the workspace and shows the result before checkout.
You are charged only after a payment method is added and the subscription continues. Under the current no-card policy, a trial without a payment method ends automatically.
Annual plans are charged once per year and include two months free compared with monthly billing.
Only the workspace owner can start checkout, change the plan, or manage billing.
A move to a higher tier normally takes effect immediately. Lenso shows the effective date and any amount due before confirmation.
A move to a lower tier normally starts at the next billing date. Lenso shows the date before confirmation.
A change between monthly and annual billing must show its effective date and exact charge before confirmation. Do not infer the timing by comparing a monthly amount with an annual total.
Existing files remain available. New uploads pause until the studio deletes files, adds storage, or moves to a plan with enough capacity.
Lenso does not silently remove people. New invitations can be blocked until the workspace is within the plan's seat allowance.
Saved accent and footer settings remain stored, but Lenso stops rendering controls that the lower plan does not include.

Add recurring 10 GB storage packs from Billing. The current price and recurring total are shown before purchase.
Get help configuring the workspace, adapting up to three templates, connecting the request form, and setting up the first client job. Scope and current price are confirmed before purchase.
Scale includes priority scheduling for an onboarding session. A larger guided setup package is available separately.
