Website requests

Replace “Contact us” with “Start a project.”

Give clients a structured way to tell you what they need: products, shot requirements, references, and deadlines, before the email chain begins. You review every request. Nothing becomes a job without you.

Lenso hosts the request form. Add it to the site you already have with a link or an embed.

Not every job starts on your website.

Referrals, repeat clients, agency work, or a phone call can be entered by your studio. Each one becomes the same connected job, with the same brief, review, approval, and delivery.

Website request

A client uses "Start a project" on your site. You review the details before creating the job.

Referral, repeat client, or agency handoff

Create the job yourself, then add the products, shot requirements, review steps, and final delivery.

Different starting point. Same client job.

See one job move from request to final files.

Watch a branded request become a client job, then follow the brief, proof review, approval, optional invoice, and final delivery.

Built around products, SKUs, and shot requirements.

Lenso keeps the details that make product photography jobs hard to manage: product rows, references, shot requirements, versions, and delivery specifications.

Product and SKU details

Keep product names, SKU codes, variants, channels, references, and required angles with the job.

Shot lists that match your process

Build the shot list in Lenso or import the spreadsheet your team already uses.

Review with a clear decision

Clients can comment, request changes, or approve, with every version kept in the job history.

Final files with context

Keep filenames, delivery notes, optional invoice status, and final downloads with the same job.

Use the product photography shot list template

Give clients one clear place to review the work.

Send a secure link with your studio name and logo. Clients can see the brief, review proofs, ask for changes, approve, and download final files without a paid seat.

Clients open a secure Lenso-hosted link. They do not need a paid account. See how client access works

Comment

Could we get a tighter crop on the neckline?

The client can request changes or approve. Every decision stays with the job.

Keep the client job together without replacing the tools that already work.

Lenso keeps the request, brief, shot list, proofs, changes, approval, optional invoice, and final files tied to the same job. It does not try to replace the website, editing software, accounting system, or production tools that already work for your studio.

Lenso brings together

  • Request details and client contact
  • Products, SKUs, and shot requirements
  • Brief and shot list
  • Proofs, comments, changes, and approval

  • Final files and delivery history

Keep using

  • Your public website or CMS
  • Capture, editing, and retouching tools

Questions studios ask before trying Lenso

Do I need to rebuild my website?
No. Lenso hosts the request form. Add it to the site you already have with a link or embed. Your marketing site stays where it is.
Does a request automatically become a booked job?
No. The client confirms their email, then your studio reviews the request. Nothing becomes a job until you choose to create it and invite the client.
Can I use Lenso for referrals and repeat clients?
Yes. Create the job yourself from a referral, repeat client, agency handoff, or phone call. It follows the same brief, review, approval, and delivery path.
Do clients need an account or a paid seat?
No. Clients open a secure link to review the brief, comment on proofs, request changes, approve, and download final files. Client access does not add a paid seat.
Will the client experience look like my studio?
Every paid plan shows your studio name and logo. Team and Scale also let you use an accent color and remove "Powered by Lenso." The request form and client links are hosted by Lenso. Custom domains are not available today.
Do I need Stripe?
No. You can use requests, briefs, review, approval, and delivery without Stripe. Connect Stripe only if you want to send invoices and accept payment through the client link.
Do I have to move all of my old jobs into Lenso?
No. Start with one real job. Add old work only when it helps with a repeat client or gives your team useful context.
Does Lenso replace my CRM or send me leads?
No. Lenso is not a lead marketplace or a full contract and sales CRM. It keeps the client job together for the studios and clients you already work with.
