For product video studios
Video projects that start with a real brief, not "can you do a quick video?"
Clients pick product video, send the format, length, aspect ratios, and the scenes for each SKU. You review the request before it becomes a project.
Lenso keeps the brief, the review, and the files. It does not edit the video or publish it.
Where video projects get stuck
- Requests arrive without a format, a length, or an aspect ratio.
- Feedback comes back as "around the middle" with no moment to find.
- Final files go out by WeTransfer, separate from the brief and the approval.
How a video project runs
- The client picks Product video on your Start a project page.
- They fill the product video brief: style, length, aspect ratios, and a SKU shot list.
- You approve the request and share the work in the same project.
- They sign off and download the files.

How clients give feedback
- Clients leave time-stamped comments on a video, such as [0:12], so a note points at a moment.
- They can also request changes or approve each file.
What Lenso does not do for video
- Lenso does not edit video.
- Lenso does not host video for public playback.
